Great Day at thje Met! A very comprehensive collection of Carpeaux body of work. Maquettes, Marble, Terra Cotta, Sketches and Painting. The show is classically lighted with proper background color. Each piece was boldly worked and had a strong sense of volume and structure. I highly reccomend investigating his work.
